Christ Church has graced the South Yarra skyline for over 165 years. Dedicated to the glory of God, it remains a thriving church rooted in regular worship, prayer and service. 

Music plays an important part in the life of our parish, and the Choir at Christ Church is one of the best in Melbourne. With a repertoire that stretches from plainsong to sacred music of the present day, our choir and parish musicians contribute immeasurably to the devotional atmosphere of our beautiful church.

THE MUSIC FOUNDATION

The strong musical program at Christ Church could not continue without the active support of the Christ Church Music Foundation and the generosity of its donors. The Foundation is a growing capital fund established to support and expand the music program of the parish. It provides choral, organ and conducting scholarships for young musicians and professionals, and contributes to the cost and care of the organ and piano, as well as to a range of public events and performances.

The Christ Church Music Foundation relies on the generosity of its donors.  Donations over $2 are tax-deductible and can be made on a one-off or regular basis, or you might like to support one of the singers.
